The highly successful, Historical and Spectacular Circle Conference of SNEA Rajasthan Circle was held for two days on 24, 25/01/2025 at Atal Sabhagar, Hiren Magari, Sectior-04, Udaipur, the lake city of Rajasthan. This Conference was attended by all the District Secretaries, Circle Office Bearers, CWC Members, CEC Members, Delegates and Observers across the Rajasthan Circle.
The proceedings of Circle Conference started by hoisting the SNEA flag by Shri. Mahesh Vyas, Circle President Rajasthan, in presence of all CHQ OBs and leaders and delegates from Rajasthan Circle with deep love and bonding.
The entire proceedings of the Circle Conference were presided over by Shri. Mahesh Vyas, CP SNEA Rajasthan Circle. Shri. Susheel Kumar, CS SNEA Rajasthan Circle presented a detailed report on overall activities of SNEA Rajasthan Circle in last three years and the same was approved by the house with loud claps.
Shri. I.C. Saini, ACS SNEA RJ Circle presented report of Circle Treasurer SNEA Rajasthan Circle on the financial activities of the association and the same was approved by the claps.
The Open session of the Circle Conference was held from 11:30 Hrs which was presided over by Shri. Mahesh Vyas, CP SNEA RJ Circle and was attended and addressed by the following dignitaries.

The proceedings of the Open session started with welcome and felicitation of dignitaries and guest by Udaipur Branch and by offering Oparna expressing respect and gratitude for their presence.
The theme and subject of the Open session was BSNL future with new technology in India & role of HR in it. All the speakers updated the house about activities within BSNL, Growth of BSNL, Financial Condition of BSNL, status of different HR issues of Executives.
Shri Susheel Kumar, CS SNEA RJ submitted Key Note address in the Open Session, wherein he has highlighted different HR issues of the executives as well as issues related to growth and development of Rajasthan Circle. He updated house with efforts being taken by Rajasthan Circle Management and SNEA for resolving different HR issues. While conveying thanks to CGM RJ and his team for resolution of certain HR Issues, he requested Circle Management for resolution of pending HR issues.
Shri. H. P. Meena, PGM Udaipur BA explained various activities of BSNL Udaipur to make BSNL in profit. He appreciated for dedication of officers of BSNL Udaipur. Also gave thanks to choose Udaipur for SNEA circle conference and welcome to all officers and post holders in Udaipur. He assured to solve issues as and when our leaders meet them for any BSNL Udaipur issue.
Shri. Rajendra Khanna, Joint Secretary West SNEA CHQ gives speech with spiritual touch. Explain all HR issues and what SNEA works to solve them as soon as possible. He explained present profit and loss fields of BSNL and appreciate our dedication for 4G target achievement.
Shri. Manish Samadhiya, President SNEA CHQ explained about CHQ activities. He apprised house about various activities of SNEA especially long pending HR issues, Second Saturday holiday matter, DGM promotion matter and various court cases by various cadres. Also request to withdraw individual court cases for promotions so that association can settle these issues by discussion with management.
Shri Vikram Malviya, CGM RJ Circle and Chief Guest of the Open Session addressed the open session with very energetic speech. He explained expectation of Govt. from BSNL and future strategy to gain more profit with excellent technical services. Customer satisfaction and adopting new technology is our main motto. He explained about new Govt projects and 4G implementation status. At the end he promised to resolve HR issues pending in Rajasthan circle as far as possible.
Shri. M. S. Adasul, General Secretary SNEA CHQ in his motivational and enthusiastic address elaborated the house about the ongoing activities in BSNL and what are the future strategies of GoI and BSNL Management for overall growth and development of BSNL and Telecom Sector. While appreciating the unity and strength of SNEA Rajasthan Circle, he congratulated team SNEA Rajasthan for spectacular and historical victory in third MV with active support of SEWA and other alliance partner associations. While addressing the theme of the Open Session, he elaborated how the technology is helping in improvement of HR Functioning and stressed for need to utilise technology with due care and diligence. In his about one hour address, he touched many issues related to work improvement and efficient working of BSNL Executives and need of certain action from BSNL management and how efforts are being made by SNEA in this direction.
Shri. M K Sharma, DP SNEA Udaipur conveyed thanks to all dignitaries, Circle Office Bearers and Delegates/observers for attending the open session.
After lunch hour conference was continued with DS Report and Delegate session, wherein GS SNEA satisfactorily replied to all the queries and doubts raised during discussions.
In the post-lunch session, an interactive Session was conducted with the GS SNEA, wherein he updated house about status of different HR issues, stand of association on different HR issues and also satisfactorily replied to all the queries and doubts raised by the house.
On 2nd day, the election process for electing a Circle Body was held by nomination of Shri M K Sharma AGM Udaipur and Shri Roop Singh AGM Jaipur as Election Officer.
In the unanimous elections held in this Circle Conference, Shri. Mahesh Vyas AGM, Shri. Susheel Kumar SDE and Shri. Shivshankar AO are respectively elected as Circle President, Circle Secretary and Circle Treasurer. Newly Elected Circle Body <<<>>>
Shri. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Shri Umesh Toshniwal, Shri Yogesh Chand Gupta, Shri Mahesh Trivedi and Shri A. R. Jangid are elected as CWC Members for representing Rajasthan Circle in the forthcoming CWC Meetings and all India Conference.
The entire proceedings of the meeting were anchored by Shri. Grahwardhan, OS SNEA Udaipur.
The two fully enthusiastic and energetic conference started at 1000 Hrs with flag hoisting concluded at 1700 Hrs on second day after passing different resolutions to be pursued by SNEA Rajasthan Circle and SNEA CHQ.
