AGM Pers BSNL CO issued orders granting immunity thereby retention in Inter Circle Transfer of Shri. N. S. Gadre, DS SNEA Yavatmal, MH. Copy<<<>>
This case was mainly delayed due to confusions created by some offices/officers and mainly by sending incomplete, partial information first by OA, then BA and Circle and at many stages concerned offices/officers have drawn conclusion as per their convenience and mainly with intention to trouble DS SNEA.
But Shri. N. S. Gadre, DS SNEA Yavatmal MH was waiting with full faith and patience for justice for nine months without salary. The issues created at different levels were taken by SNEA at the respective level and all such allegations and wrong interpretations were cleared finally giving justice to DS.
SNEA conveys thanks to Director HR BSNL Board, PGM Pers BSNL CO and PGM SR BSNL CO for timely intervention and clearing all manmade hurdles.
We appreciate fight for justice by Shri. N. S. Gadre with prolonged wait with strong faith on guidelines issued by BSNL CO and its persuasion at all levels.
