SNEA has raised serious concern about series of recent actions of BSNL Management introducing some new concepts in BSNL viz. Asset Ambassadors, Stringent Conditions of Online Attendance on Mobile App, SOP for IPMS Based OTP Request Transfers, Issuing Pick and Choose, Arbitrary Transfer orders against the Transfer Policy guidelines, Forceful reduction of Executive Promotional Prospectus by reducing Executive Structure from Five to Two layers etc that to be without consulting Recognized Majority Representative Associations, creating unrest among BSNL Executives and requested for review of these actions and settle unrest among the executives in BSNL.
