This is one more pick and choose Transfer order issued by Pers Cell BSNL CO without any consideration to need of ALTTC and current happenings at ALTTC.
Many of these executives are not willing for working at ALTTC and some who are recently transferred at company cost as per ERP relieving of BSNL CO just before few weeks/months are again transferred at Company cost wasting BSNL Money.
Some of these executives have opted for own cost OTP transfers for their choice circle and waiting for its consideration but the same is not given consideration and now these Executives are transferred and posted to ALTTC at company cost.
This transfer order is issued by violating well defined procedure for selection and posting of executives at BSNL Training Centres. Copy<<<>>
As per these guidelines, ALTTC has already conducted Process for selection of SDEs and AGMs required at ALTTC Jaipur Copy<<<>>
But it is unfortunate that since last one year no posting order is issued by Pers section even after repeated requests by individuals, request and reminders by CGM ALTTC and its regular pursuation by SNEA.
Most surprising and astonishing fact is that just before fortnight CGM ALTTC has issued transfer order of about all SDEs/AGMs working at ALTTC to Training Centres at other locations viz. BRBRAITT Jabalpur, RTCC Jaipur and RTCC Kalyani stating that there are excess officers at ALTTC. Copy<<<>>
In last week three AGMs from ALTTC are transferred and posted to BSNL Corporate Office by the same Pers section again giving reason that there are excess officers in ALTTC. Copy<<<>>
Now the same Pers section is again posting one SDE and three AGMs to ALTTC Ghaziabad and that to be pic and choose manner by violating well defined guidelines issued by the same Pers section for posting of Executives.
Pers section seems to be working by keeping focus on direct wastage of hard earned BSNL Money and as if wasting of BSNL Money by issuing more and more company cost orders is one of the target under IPMS for Pers section.
When there is no money to even to replace old BSNL logo at Corporate office, Bharat Sanchar Bhawan New Delhi with new logo since last six months, which just costs few lakhs, here money is being wasted by Pers Section in crores of rupees by issuing pick and choose, unwanted and avoidable transfers.
We are finding the present situation at BSNL CO about transfer posting has Spiritual Significance of Andher Nagari Chaupat Raja, Take Ser Bhaji Take Ser Khaja meaning that a kingdom of ignorance with an insane king where everything like vegetables and sweets of one kilo are sold for one rupee.
All these are the deliberate attempts on diverting focus from the Mission BSNL First by CMD BSNL for revenue earning or generating more and more revenue for BSNL. But the Pers section is making all out efforts so that such hard earned money by CMD BSNL is immediately spent and wasted on such repeated company cost transfer and posting orders.
Let us all pray God for the minimum required HR and Finance wisdom to these officers dealing with transfer posting in such blind approach neglecting transfer policy guidelines issued by their own office and in such utter biased pick and choose manner thereby directly damaging interest of BSNL and spoiling the revenue generation and target oriented approach by CMD BSNL.
