In the three days CHQ OB meeting held from 02 to 04/12/2025 at SNEA CHQ Office, Janpath, New Delhi, it has been decided that this year also SNEA CHQ will print BSNL Executive Dairy 2026 and Calendars 2026 (Wall & Table) and accordingly the work has been started.
In an important decision taken by CHQ in response to demand by many CS/DS, COBs/DOBs, CWC/CEC Members, SNEA CHQ has decided to bear the cost of both Diary and Calendars to be distributed to SNEA members @ one Diary, One Wall Calendar and one Table Calendar each member.
This includes the Transportation Charges also till receipt of items to consignee given by DS/CS. Consignee Data is being collected for the same by Shri. Tata Babu CHQT and all CS are requested to share/send consolidated the details latest by 03/12/2025.
As the entire cost is being beared/paid by CHQ now, no cost needs to be paid/beared by Circles/Districts for the Diary or Calendars of 2026 to SNEA Members.
But charges will be applicable for additional Diary/Calendars, which will be supplied as per request from the CS concerned and for this additional supply the concerned Circles/Districts will have to bear the entire cost which is Rs. 180 per set i.e. One Diary (Rs 120/-) One Wall Calendar (Rs 50/- each) and One Table Calendar (Rs 10/- each ) or as per quantity of each item needed separately.
Though there was a proposal for printing Advertisements in Diary, the same has been dropped as the cost of printing Advertisements is more than the charges we are receiving through advertisement. Hence there will be no advertisement in Diary or Calendar.
The requirement of additional Quantity is to be shared with Shri. Tata Babu CHQ Treasurer latest by 01/12/2025 and no additional order will be accepted after 02/12/2025.
This time we are printing Diary as well as Calendar at Nagpur, MH and Shri. Samir Khare, AGS SNEA CHQ is in charge of this total work starting from designing to transportation of material to consignee DS/CS.
