Hearing in JTO to SDE Telecom SCF Promotion Court case was scheduled on 14/01/2026 at CAT Chandigarh and initial arguments between both parties held today.
The advocate for respondent BSNL asked time till next hearing for fresh submission on the case. The next date of hearing is 11/02/2026.
Meantime, we are pursuing this case for the early resolution of this issue and promotions thereof and we are hopeful for a positive outcome by the next date of hearing. Hope for the best.
