Highly Successful Circle Conference of SNEA A& N Circle :

{Report by K.P. Mohd Younus, CP A&N Circle}: The circle conference of SNEA Andaman and Nicobar Circle was held on Sunday, 01/02/2026 at Hotel TSG Emerald, Sri Vijaya Puram (Port Blair).

The conference was graced by Shri.  M. S. Adasul, General Secretary of SNEA CHQ.

The Open session was attended by Shri. G Kumaresan, DGM HQ, who is looking after the charges of the circle.

The Meeting started with lighting of light, welcome of all guests and dignitaries.

Shri. Terlok Singh, President of SNEA A&N welcomed the gathering.

Shri.  K. P. Mohammed Younus submitted the report of the circle level activities and action taken by SNEA A&N Circle during last tenure.

Shri.  Ranjit Haldar, CS SEWA A&N Circle, Shri.  Brijesh Kumar Pandey, Circle Secretary of AIGETOA A&N Circle and Shri. Shalin Anand, CS, NFTE A&N Circle also attended the session and expressed their views on the current situation in BSNL and the need to unite under a single banner for resolving the long pending HR issues in the company.

Shri.  M. S. Adasul GS SNEA CHQ in his addressed updated house about the current activities going on at BSNL HQ , continued support of GoI and role of BSNL and its executives, status of different HR issues and persuasion by Associations, the challenges in front of BSNL and updated house how to face these challenges successfully.

Shri Shashi Mohan Singh, Circle Treasurer submitted the financial report of the Circle which was approved by the house.  

The house discussed different HR and development issues related to BSNL and its executives in A&N Circle.

In the ensuing election for the officer bearers of SNEA circle body, the following members were elected unanimously:

The entire proceedings of the Circle Conference were nicely anchored by Mrs. A K Mary and Mrs Swati Mahesh Deshingkar.

The proceedings of the Circle Conference started at 0930 Hrs and concluded at 1500 Hrs and delicious lunch thereafter.
