The court case challenging seniority in JTO to SDE promotion Court case in CAT Chandigarh was listed for final hearing today i.e. 12/08/2026.
Shri Pawan Meena Jt Sec West SNEA CHQ and Shri Pankaj Chopra CS SNEA HP were present in the court.
This case was listed at serial number 35. But after completing hearing up to case No. 24, the Court adjourned for the day.
As such, again due to paucity of time the case is not heard today also. Earlier, the next date of hearing was given as on 14/10/2026, but now as per request it is modified and accordingly next hearing will be held on 09/09/2026.
