In recent past about all SDEs/AGMs from ALTTC Ghaziabad were transferred by CGM ALTTC to different training Centres viz. RTTC Jaipur, BRBRAITT Jabalpur and ZTTC Kalyani. Copy<<<>>
These executives are/were not given options as it was reshuffling by CGM ALTTC to meet shortage due to delay in issuing posting order of Executives selected for posting at RTTC Jaipur.
While these executives are transferred out of ALTTC some more Executives are posted to ALTTC and all these orders are company cost wasting hard earned Money of BSNL.
SNEA has taken up this issue and requested CGM ALTTC and PGM Pers, Director HR for issuing the posting order of executives selected for RTTC Jaipur and retention of the Executives under transfer from ALTTC Ghaziabad and it is under consideration.
This is first order of modification of Transfer order issued by CGM ALTTC and we are hopeful with posting of selected executives, the transfer order of Executives from ALTTC Ghaziabad will be modified suitably or they will be given option before transfer out of ALTTC.
