SNEA conveys thanks to PGM Estt for giving consideration to such genuine transfers and appreciate efforts thereof in issuing the Temporary Transfers at these critical circumstances and stalemate due to stand by CMD BSNL for Single Annual Transfer.
This and many other Transfers issued by Pers section makes is crystal clear that stand of CMD BSNL for Single or one time Annual Transfer is not maintainable and Management has to give consideration to transfers on need basis either on administrative or on individual grounds.
As such, there is need of corrective actions for restoration of Transfer policy guidelines on the subject and we are hopeful for the same and we will continue our persuasion with CMD BSNL accordingly.
