AGM Pers BSNL CO writes to all Circle Heads for sending Reports on Inter Circle Transfers deferred on Medical Grounds in prescribed format with due Recommendations of Circle level Committees so as to finally decide the individual requests. Copy<<<>>
The individuals who have requested for cancellation of Inter Circle Transfers on medical grounds and CS/DS concerned are requested to take up matter with Circle Heads to send recommendations /confirmation of genuine of the medical ground requests with supporting documents and due recommendation of Circle level Committee and Circle Head and these reports to be addressed and sent to Director HR BSNL Board.
In absence of such reports/recommendations, the deferred cases may not be considered for retention/cancellation and the individuals may be relieved after December 2025.
There are some other cases, which are already recommended by Circle Heads, but not deferred by Pers Cell BSNL CO even though the requests are genuine. CS/DS and/or individuals concerned are requested to take up with Circle Heads and see that these requests are recommended by Circle Level Committee and duly recommendations by the Circle Head.
