AGM Pers BSNL CO writes to all Circle Heads regarding updation of data related to education qualification, career history, cadre & sensitive posts etc of BSNL Executives in SAP-ERP. Copy<<<>>
It is understood that there is proposal for posting of Executives in appropriate verticals/units as per their experience and educational qualifications and working on sensitive posts etc, but it is seen that the required data w.r.t. education qualification, career history, cadre & sensitive posts etc is not available/updated in ESS/ERP.
As such, this letter directs all Circle Heads to expedite the data entry/Updation of BSNL Executives as per service book records in SAP-ERP and a Certificate by the concerned GM Admn/HR of Circle to this effect need to be sent latest by 07/04/2025.
With effect from 08/04/2025, the BSNL CO will use/rely on ERP data for all HR activities and in case of any shortcomings/discrepancies observed in HR data of the executives, the responsibility will rest with the Circle concern.
