In the Transfer order dated 02/05/2025, many officers having genuine medical grounds were transferred even though ERP Entry, supporting Documents and recommendations of Circle Heads were rightly available. This harsh decision against well-defined transfer policy guidelines was taken at higher level.
This issue was taken up by SNEA and then it was decided to review the Medical ground cases but the procedure was modified and Circle level Committees of PGMs are proposed with second medical opinion to be called by CGMs and these cases will be decided by Director HR.
In other cases reports are received but till reports of Medical cases of AGM Telecom are not received and hence this reminder is issued and today is last date for sending such reports about genuine medical ground cases.
This is reminder letter and the deferred cases in which reports of Circle Heads will not be sent, relieving/ cancellation of order may be decided in one side action and it may be against the request by the individuals.
As such, all CS are requested to look into these cases personally and see that detailed report along with recommendations of Circle Heads so that these cases are given positive consideration by Director HR by today itself.
