This is how the one sided and biased mind amendments in RRs 2023 have adversely impacted on carrier of executives in BSNL and BSNL Money is being wasted on such avoidable exams. This LICE is being conducted only for one post and expenditure on conduction of LICE will be lakhs of rupees.
It is quite possible to create more justified vacancies/restore forcefully abolished vacancies in all cadres and all wings. In present case about 100 officers of DGM and above level are working in Corporate Office and one PA/PS is justified for each officer and about all eligible PAs are getting Pay scales of PS and can be promoted if justification Norms which are wrongly calculated, now there is need of strongest unity. All these PAs are getting salary of PS Grade and there is no expenditure on BSNL.
Thus, BSNL has no expenditure in filling vacant posts as all PAs are getting PS or higher cadres and waiting for their promotion for long time.
But instead of saving money on such wasteful expenditure, BSNL Management is going ahead for LICE with heavy expenditure.
