The Court case filed at Hon'ble CAT Chandigarh regarding JTO to SDE SCF promotions was listed for hearing today 08/07/2025. First time, BSNL has engaged senior advocate and case also was listed at early stage i.e. serial number 30 & 31 and it was expected to have detailed hearing in the case. But when the case came up for hearing, the  advocate for petitioner sought time to file reply to the counter filed by BSNL, which was accepted by Hon Court.
