On Friday, 01/08/2025 at 1930 Hrs GS SNEA had a meeting with Shri. A. Robert J. Ravi, CMD BSNL in presence of Dr. Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director HR BSNL. This meeting was mainly focused on delay in resolution of HR issues and consideration of OTP Requests from Non-Tenure Circle for the last two quarters and forceful relieving of executives by neglecting their pending representations on genuine grounds and so on. Starting the discussions, we once again requested for clearing disputes in Promotions of the Civil /Electrical wing executives, which has been repeatedly assured to us but not resolved for the last one year.
