The fourth Circle Conference of SNEA CTD/Kolkata Circle was successfully conducted on 07 & 08/02/205 at Conference Hall, CTO Building, Kolkata. In the two days conference, SNEA CTC organized the open session on the first day and the delegate session and election of Circle Office Bearers/Body on the next day.
