The Pay Loss case filed by SNEA was held on 31/12/2024.  While the application filed by SNEA has progressed to the hearing stage, a subsequent case filed by a petitioner Shri. Anoop Das, JTO Kerala and others on the same subject matter has resulted in the clubbing of both cases together and a delay in the hearing in SNEA case due to this latter case being in the admission phase.
