Since long we are updating that the JTO to SDE Civil/Electrical wing Promotions are being cleared and orders are expected soon, but same was not happening even after clearance from Legal cell of BSNL. It is most unfortunate that even after green signal from Legal Cell to go ahead with these promotions, certain officers dealing with promotions have played one more game to delay the promotions by killing time by quoting different reasons. But mainly fear of pending appeal by BSNL in HC Chandigarh on reservations in SDE LICE 2017 was always projected in wrong manner and this game continued for last one and half year. ...
