AGM Pers BSNL CO issued orders for not issuing any new transfer orders and not relieving of executives on pending transfers during ongoing month March 2025 so as to contribute to revenue generation, Collection activities, New SIM Sales, FTTH Connections, Enterprise Business and to keep entire focus on generation of revenue and collection of outstanding payments etc. Copy<<<>>
During Dec 24/Jan 25, SNEA CHQ has observed that some of BA Heads and Circle heads were deliberately force relieving executives under Inter/Intra transfers when it was principally decided by CMD BSNL not to issue any relieving/ transfer order till March 2025 and keep sole focus on FTTH Connections and revenue generation.
This issue was raised by SNEA in the last formal agenda meeting with Director HR and repeatedly requested for such written order and it was principally agreed by Director HR, but it took one and half month to issue this written order.
With such intention the issued OTP Request transfer orders of July 2024 OTP window were also not published and this order for not disturbing the executives by Transfers during this crucial three months of Targets in BSNL was expected. But it took two months for issuing such order by AGM Pers and now it is issued is issued first week of March 25 is also about to over and only effective three weeks of March 2025 are available in hand.
During this time of last two months, many executives are force relieved through by the BA/Circle/Unit Heads causing direct disturbance on the target works. By now mainly executives held up at All India Tenure station are not relieved and this time such order is issued, creating panic among the executives waiting for last few months for their reliving after completion all India Hard Tenure.
SNEA is pursuing for immediate relieving of these Tenure Completed executives, which are unofficially kept on hold by BA Heads even after formal relieving orders by Circle Heads with kind intervention by PGM Pers and Director HR, BSNL Board.
This delayed order for not issuing/effecting transfers has defeated the very purpose of issuing such order as desired by CMD BSNL. If it was issued in early January 2025, it would have been more effective as desired in this letter and mainly as desired by BSNL.
Anyhow, it is better to be late than never and we will continue to support the mission by CMD BSNL and let us join hands with more strength & focused approach on achievements of the targets and let us give our best with sole focus on diving revenue generation efforts, Collection activities and achieving the annual targets of Revenue, New SIM Sales, FTTH Connections, Enterprise Business and collection of outstanding payments etc during remaining period of March 2025 as a special mission.
