Jyotiraditya Scindiaji Honourable Minister of Communications and DoNER requesting for kind intervention on Strong Opposition by Associations of BSNL on the Move of BSNL Management for lateral Recruitment of DR DGMs and SETs with false projection as managerial succession plan of BSNL. All the associations have unitedly conveyed that present move of Management to recruit SET and DR DGMs from market neglecting inhouse talent has created serious concern and resentment among thousands of serving executives waiting for their due promotions for years together.
It has been categorically brought to notice of office of Respected MOC that BSNL Management is wrongly projecting this proposal as succession plan for replacement of GM/PGM and CGM level officers working in BSNL on deputation as the officers recruited earlier under similar plan are not allowed to reach these positions as the rules are twisted to the extent that any such officers recruited for the post of GM /PGM level posts will never reach these positions and hence requested for stopping the proposed recruitment of SET as well as DR DGM by BSNL.
