Director HR BSNL Board writes DO letters to concerned Circle Heads for scrutinising the pending Requests on medical grounds for cancellation/ retention against pending transfer orders as per guidelines issued by Pers Section dated 30/06/2025 and calling for reports indicating details of medical exemptions granted, validity thereof and present status with due recommendations. This is a sample copy of the DO Letter issued by Director HR to CGMT Kerala Circle for scrutiny and due recommendations of genuineness of medical ground requests for cancellation/retention against pending transfer orders.
Similar DO letters are issued to CGMT MH, UPW, TN, PB, TLGN, NE-II, KRL, ITPC, BH, AP, GJ, HR, ALTTC and BBNW Circles and reports are called on pending request from these Circles.
Earlier, the letters were issued by the Pers Section BSNL CO along with reminders but till after months together, the due recommendations by Circle Head are not yet received and final decision on all such individual requests on genuine medical grounds is pending for confirmation of genuineness of medical ground from Circle Heads.
First, the transfers of these executives were deferred on 30/06/2025 {Copy<<<>>} and detailed reports were called till 30/09/2026 and the same has been received in other individual cases and not received or partially received in the cases mentioned in all these DO letters and now these reports are to be submitted latest by Saturday, 28/02/2026.
These DO letters clearly mentions that these reports indicating details of medical exemptions granted, validity thereof and present status are to be sent to Director HR latest by 28/02/2026 without fail, failing which will be viewed seriously and request of individuals for retention by said executives will be cancelled.
As such, all affected individuals and CS concerned are requested to take serious note of it and see that detailed reports indicating details of medical exemptions granted, validity thereof and present status with due recommendations are sent by Circle Heads in given time and no executives having genuine medical ground is troubled just for want of report from Circle Head for any reason.
