AGM Pers STS BSNL CO writes to Circle Heads conveying that now ‘Edit’ option for editing the Circle/BA/SSA options already submitted in last window of July 2024 and submitted or being submitted in this OTP window opened for QE Jan 2025. Link:Edit Option in OTP window 24 Jan 25.pdf
This option will not be available in case the already disposed requests, requests before 16/07/2024 and if present and if present posting differs from the post from which OTP was submitted.
This issue of Edit option and others changes required ESS/ERP window were taken up by SNEA and are pursued seriously and now only Edit option has been agreed and we are informed and assured to other suggestions of SNEA by next OTP window.
The Executives who have submitted OTP Requests and desires to change the submitted options of Circles, may take note of it and use this option, if he/she desires to change already opted Circle/s.
This will definitely help the executives in getting transfers at desired place and hopefully all such willing Executives may submit correct options only and be ready for transfers as per OTP Request submitted/modified.
