The highly successful and grand Circle Conference of SNEA UP East Circle was held for two days on 13th & 14th December 2024 at Varanasi, the holy city of Baba Viswanath & Lord Budha, revered as the spiritual and cultural capital of India.
This Conference was attended by all the 31 District Secretaries, Circle Office Bearers, CWC Members, CEC Members, Delegates and Observers across all 31 SSAs, Circle Office, NTR, NTP, T&D, RCNGN, QA and the executives on deputation outside BSNL from nook and corner of UP East Circle.
The brainstorming session started by hoisting the SNEA flag by President Shri. Ramadal Verma, CP SNEA up East Circle in presence of all delegates across UPE with deep love and bond that has grown between us is something truly profound and beyond what words can convey.
Inauguration of the Circle Conference was done by Shri. Brajesh Pathak ji, Honourable DyCM UP State through online video mode.
The entire proceedings of the Circle Conference were presided over by Shri. Ramadal Verma, CP SNEA UP East Circle.
Shri. Sushil Tripathi, CS SNEA UPE Circle presented a detailed report on overall activities of SNEA UP East Circle and the same was approved by the house with loud claps.
Shri. R. K. Shukla, CT SNEA UPE Circle presented the Treasurers’ report on the financial activities of the association and the same was approved by the claps.
The Open session of the Circle Conference was attended and addressed by the following dignitaries.

The theme and subject of the Open session was BSNL future with Make in India & role of HR in it.
All the speakers updated the house about activities within BSNL, Growth of BSNL, Financial Condition of BSNL, status of different HR issues of Executives.
The Open Session was attended by the leaders and members of Five Star Alliance Associations viz. SEWA, CBOWA, AIBSNLOA, and DEWAB and CS SNEA UP east conveyed special thanks to them for their support and trust in SNEA.
Second day continued with the DS Report and Delegate session, wherein GS SNEA satisfactorily replied to all the queries and doubts raised during discussions.
In the conclusion session, the election process for electing a Circle Body was held by nomination of Shri Anurag Mishra as Election Officer. In the unanimous elections held in this Circle Conference, Shri. Arun Shah JTO, Shri. Sushil Tripathi SDE and Shri. Moolchand JTO are respectively elected as Circle President, Circle Secretary & Circle Treasurer. Shri. Rabish Tiwari, Shri. Amit Katiyar & Shri. Amit Dixit are elected as CWC Members for representing UPE Circle in the forthcoming CWC Meetings and all India Conference. New Circle Body <<>>>

Two days Circle Conference started with Flag hosting at 0930 hrs of 14/12/2024 and concluded with oath of allegiance of new Circle Body and National Anthem and slogans of unity.
