The Ninth Circle conference of SNEA CHTD Circle was held on 05/02/2025 at BSNL Canteen Hall, Tower-I, O/o CGM TN Circle, No.16, Greams Road, Chennai – 600006.
The proceedings of the Circle Conference, started with the SNEA flag hoisting by hands of Com. S. Boobalan, Circle President and in presence of GS SNEA CHQ, CS SNEA CHTD, all other COBs, District Secretaries, Circle Office Bearers, CWC Member, CEC Members Delegates and observers from CHTD Circle.
The entire Proceedings of the Meeting were presided over by Shri. S. Boobalan, CP CHTD Circle. The Open Session of this Circle Conference was attended and addressed by

The Open session started with the Prayer Song “Thamizh Thaai Vazhthu” by Smt. G.R.Mahalakshmi, BS Chrompet.
The Open session was addressed by GS SNEA, CGM CHTD, PGM HR&Admn and Circle Secretaries of Unions & Associations updating house about HR and development activities and challenges before BSNL and its resolution.
The Open Session concluded with a lot of enthusiasm and satisfaction among the executives with the latest update and clarity of different HR issues.
The proceedings of Open Session were nicely anchored by Smt. R. Anitha & Smt. R. Uma Maheshwari.
After lunch, the delegate session was held wherein Com. A. S. Suresh, CS SNEA CHTD Circle presented a detailed report on overall activities of SNEA CHTD Circle and the same was approved by the house with claps.
Com. V. Saravanan, CT SNEA CHTD Circle presented the Treasurers’ report and audited financial statement of the association and the same was approved by the house with claps.
In an interactive session, GS SNEA satisfactorily replied the queries and doubts raised by members present in the house.
In the conclusion session, the election process for electing a Circle Body was held by nomination of Shri K.N. Muralidhara as Election Officer. In the unanimous election of the New SNEA CHTD Circle team wherein Com S. Boobalan, Com Buddhadev Gantayat and Com S. Sundharapandiyan are elected respectively as Circle President, Circle Secretary and Circle Treasurer. New Circle Body <<>>>
The event was a resounding success, showcasing outstanding teamwork, dedication of CHTD Circle SNEA Comrades.
As a token of love, a laptop bag was given to all the members.
