With directive to streamline communication infrastructure and ensure secure, standardised connectivity state-wide, in response to appeal by Secretary DoT, Odisha State Government has mandated the use of BSNL services across all government offices and institutions to promote uniformity and to also to extend support to Public Sector Enterprise in Telecom Sector. All the Departments have been instructed to migrate existing connections to BSNL for internet, broadband, landline, and leased lines.
We appreciate this move by State Government and appeal all Executives and Employees of BSNL to respond this great move by State Government by providing prompt and fault free services to all these Departments of Odisha State Government and set example of best response from side of BSNL.
We convey our sincere thanks and gratitude to State Government of Odisha and Dr. Neeraj Mittal ji, Secretary Department of Telecommunications, for such firm initiatives and such great support to BSNL and assure that team BSNL in general and team SNEA Odisha in particular will respond these initiatives by State Government providing prompt and fault free services to all Departments of Odisha Government.
We appeal all other CS SNEA and activist to take up mater with their Circle Heads and in turn with State Governments for similar orders and its implementation in the respective states. Let us respond such initiatives by Government of India as well as State Governments with very positive response by overcoming all hurdles.
