The court case filed by BSNL at Patiala Court on agitational programmes by Associations/ Unions at BSNL Corporate Office Delhi, was listed for hearing on 31/05/2025. But due to transfer of one of judges, the hearing could not take place. Next date of Hearing is 15/11/2025.
The Court case filed on JTO to SDE promotions at Hon. CAT Chandigarh was listed for hearing today 27/05/2025. However the hearing could not take place as one of the Respected Judge was on leave. The next date of hearing is scheduled 07/07/2025.
The court case on AGM to DGM Regular promotions filed in Hon. CAT Chandigarh was listed for hearing on 23/05/2025. The respondent BSNL has filed its reply. The applicants are instructed to file their rejoinder to the reply filed by the respondents and the matter is now posted for hearing on 18/08/2025.
