On this sacred day, we pay homage to two great sons of India – Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation, whose ideals of truth, non-violence, and simplicity continue to inspire the world, and Lal Bahadur Shastri, our beloved former Prime Minister, who gave the immortal slogan “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan”.
Their lives remind us that true strength lies in peace, humility, and service to the nation. As we celebrate their birth anniversaries together, let us pledge to uphold their values in building a just, self-reliant, and harmonious India.
