SNEA has been discussed all these issues with BSNL Management since date of issue of order for mandatory attendance though face/device locked Mobile App and we are asked to submit the views in detail with assurance to give consideration to genuine issues.
We are hopeful for giving consideration to our submission and for review of these orders mainly for withdrawal of compulsions for marking attendance through mobile app through own mobile that to be with face/device locking or for exemption from emergency service with 24X7 availability and allowing all BSNL executives only 1000 Hrs to 1730 Hrs administrative duty and no restrictions before and after these duty hours. We have demanded for further detailed discussion son it and sorting out issues for healthy working atmosphere in BSNL. Hope for the best.
