The Great, Grand and Highly successful 32nd All India Conference of SNEA CHQ commenced at Ravindra Bhavan, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Circle which was attended by all Circle Secretaries, CWC Members, Delegates, Observers across India and this All India Conference witnessed healthy and fruitful discussions in different session arranged during the whole proceedings for four days.
The proceedings of this 32nd All India Conference commenced for four days from 18/05/2025 to 21/05/2025 in the following different sessions with effective deliberations and discussions thereof.

- Delegate Session- Different Reports and its adoption:Monday, 19/05/2025 from 1300 Hrs to 2330 Hrs
- Delegate session- Address by Prominent Leaders from BSNL, MTNL and NCOA: Tuesday, 20/05/2025 from from 1100 Hrs to 1600 Hrs.
- Special Session by Women Leaders of SNEA:Tuesday, 20/05/2025 from 1600 Hrs to 1700 Hrs.
- Election Proceedings:Tuesday, 20/05/2025 from 1700 Hrs 2330 Hrs continued on Wednesday, 21/05/2025 from 0830 Hrs.
- Open Session: Wednesday, 21/05/2025 from 1100 Hrs to 1500 Hrs
- Concluding session:Wednesday, 21/05/2025 from 1530 Hrs to 2030 Hrs.
