AGM CSS BSNL CO issued repatriation orders of 19 CSS Cadre Executives who were forcefully transferred from different Circles to BSNL Corporate Office to fill up vacancies of PA/PS created after VRS 2019. Copy<<<>>
In an unfortunate action by Pers section in 2019, the CSS Cadre executives who opted for absorption in BSNL for working at their Home Circle/BAs, were forcefully transferred to BSNL Corporate office stating that they are absorbed in BSNL only for working in BSNL Corporate Office and their posting at any other place/Circle is not correct.
These executives have submitted their grievances to Management and were pursuing but their genuine say to extent of cry was always unread for months together and finally they have submitted the grievances to CS/CP SNEA BSNL Corporate Office and they have further successfully pursued this issue for justice to these executives.
Initially there was total reluctance on part of CSS Section and Pers section, but SNEA CHQ has taken up matter with then Director HR and present Director HR and all PGM Pers posting in last two years and have convinced management on genuine grievances and difficulties faced by these executives. With continuous persuasion of SNEA CHQ one committee headed by PGM Pers was constituted and the committee has finally submitted its recommendations in December 2024 for posting of the willing executives to the Circles where they were working earlier and have submitted request for posting back to these Circles/BAs.
But, thereafter it was decided to issue all transfer orders in HR Month April 2025, but these cases were not considered in the order dated 2 May 25.
Now, requests of all 19 CSS Care Executives working at BSNL CO New Delhi are given consideration and all are posted to their Choice/Home Circles.
Many of these executives have conveyed thanks to SNEA for redressal of their genuine grievances with continuous persuasion which they have witnessed while their working in Corporate Office. Now they are happy as finally they have seen justice to join back with their family members which was next to impossible as per rigid but negative stand of certain Officers/Offices on their genuine grievances.
SNEA congratulates all these CSS Cadre executives for their prolonged patience and faith on continuous persuasion by SNEA and conveys best wishes for their new assignment at their choice place with joining back to family members after prolonged wait of four years.
We convey sincere thanks and gratitude to Shri. A Robert J Ravi, CMD BSNL, Dr. Kalyan Sagar Nippani, Director HR BSNL Board, Shri. Rajeev Kumar Kaushik, PGM Pers, Mrs. Anita Johri PGM SR/RSTG and then PGM Pers & Chairman of the Committee for redressal of grievances of these executives along with members of Committee and all officers in CSS and Pers Policy wing for giving sympathetic consideration to the genuine grievances of these CSS cadre Executives and justice thereof.
This is classic example of justice with peaceful persuasion and success story of justice to CSS Executives who were troubled by forceful transfers with compulsory departing from family members, who will be now joining back to family members with determination to continue to give their best to BSNL.
