Temporary Transfer of five AGMs and Four SDEs stationed at ITPC Hyderabad:

DGM Pers BSNL CO issued Temporary Transfer of five AGMs and Four SDEs stationed at ITPC Hyderabad and they are posted  to Telangana Circle with HQ at Hyderabad.  Copy<<<>>

Though CMD BSNL is not ready to consider any Transfer request including that of requests on genuine medical grounds of critical illness and Requests of executives who have completed Tenure  from 01/07/2025 are not given consideration by quoting reason of the only focus on growth till March 2026, this temporary Transfer order is specially issued due to recent issues related to Sanchar Aadhar App and its forceful stoppage by the vendor M/S Intense.

Though it is not mentioned in this order, this is the reason for such mass Temporary transfers at this crucial juncture of targets.

Unfortunately many of these Executives are not involved in the activities related to the Sanchar Aadhar APP, but they are transferred under suspicion by the BSNL Management.

Since last one year, BSNL Management has taken such actions which are destabilising ITPC, the brain of BSNL and this is directly affecting the overall working and functioning of BSNL.

Now, this is one more action in a series of such actions in the recent past which had an adverse impact on the overall working of BSNL.

Initially, IT experienced executives devotedly serving in ITPC have been transferred to field units en masse and no substitutes are given against such mass transfers and practically there is acute shortage of manpower in ITPC units.

This temporary Transfer order will have further adverse impact on the working of ITPC which will have a direct impact on overall services and revenue of BSNL against the aim of CMD BSNL to earn more revenue in these remaining days of this Financial Year.

In an unfortunate action, the reporting of CGM ITPC at BSNL Board Level is changed from CFA to HR and all the highly technical requirements of ITPC as special Circle of BSNL are either neglected or ignored and the situation is worsening day by day.

By sensing such adverse actions and working atmosphere, some GM/PGM level Officers including CGM ITPC have applied for Voluntary Retirement.

Such mass exits either by transfers or by VR will further demoralise the executives working in ITPC, the special unit of BSNL dealing with extending required  back end technical requirements of BSNL and hence matter of serious concern.

SNEA is analysing the present situation of ITPC and adverse actions by BSNL management in such a suspicious manner by neglecting practical requirement and need of organisation to meet present competitive Telecom market.

We will take up this issue for review of such mass vindictive and adverse actions so as to keep focus on effective functioning of ITPC so that back end support of field units of BSNL on PAN India basis is continued and BSNL continues to grow in the way Government of India is expecting from BSNL to grow for completion of different dream projects of Government in the present competitive telecom market.
