The issue of Benevolent fund is being pursued by SNEA for last two years and with much persuasion and discussions in the formal Agenda meeting in both the last Formal Agenda Meeting Director HR has firmly assured for constitution of Benevolent Fund and the committee has been constituted for the same which had some preliminary meeting and discussions to go ahead with proposal.
Now, as next step, the meeting of Committee Members is being called with Recognized Majority Association and Support Association on 03/12/2025 to discuss and decide the overall working of the Benevolent Fund and its terms and conditions for smooth and effective operation of the fund. Copy<<<>>

In similar manner, the issue of Sabbatical Leave as pursued by SNEA is also under active consideration and the terms and conditions for the same are being finalized. Hopefully the same also will be finalized by end of this Year 2025 or start of New Year 2026.
