The Laptop Policy Amount Reimbursement Policy was extended to all field units subject to the updating entry of existing Desktop/Laptops with individuals in SAP /ERP.
Accordingly AP, ITPC, BBNW, GJ, HP, UKD, MH, PB, ALTTC, Kolkata TD, MP, UP (W), Bihar, CNTx-E, KTK and WB Circles have updated entry and sent certificate as per the requirements letter/ policy. As such the Laptop Reimbursement Policy is opened in all these Circles and Executives from these Circles willing for reimbursement of Laptop under this Policy may purchase the laptop and get the amount reimbursed.
As the SAP/ERP entries of all other Circles is yet to be updated, Laptop reimbursement claim window for the executives in these Circles is not yet opened.
All please take note that Laptop reimbursement period of four years and out of that about one year is about to pass and we are held up in updating ERP Entry of existing laptops allotted to individuals only to executives and no need to make entry of laptops/ desktops used for common Purposes viz. Exchanges, Nodal Centres etc.
CS SNEA and other COBs from these Circles are required to take up matter with their Circle Heads /Circle IT Teams for updating existing Desktop/Laptop entries allotted to individual Officers and send the certificate to IT Cell BSNL Corporate Office so that the reimbursement claim window for these Circles may also be opened without further delay.
