SNEA is getting many calls from Tenure completed executives working at all India Tenure stations sharing hardship and difficulties they are facing due to delay in issuing Tenure Transfer orders by Corporate Office.
In the last Orders, OTP requests of executives who have completed their Tenure at all India Hard Tenure stations as on 30/06/2025. But the names of executives who completed tenure as on 30/06/2025 excluding leave period were not covered in the list.
Since then the executives at All India Hard Tenure Stations are waiting for consideration of Request transfers on completion of tenure and there was reluctance on part of Management stating that till March 2025, no transfers will be issued thereby keeping entire focus on growth and development of BSNL.
SNEA has taken up matter with Management and represented that as per the Tenure Transfer Policy guidelines, the requests transfers of Executives completing tenure are to be issued at least one quarter/Three months advance of Tenure completion so that executives are relieved without delay on completion of prescribed Tenure at tenure stations.
Accordingly, the proposal for the same is already finalised and till now we have received good response and though the proposal is under active consideration since last one month, orders are not yet issued and hence it is a matter of concern for affected executives.
We are pursuing further for issuing transfer orders of all the tenure Completed/Completing Executives and we are hopeful that the Tenure Transfer orders will be issued at any time in coming or next week and the affected executives and their family members will get some relief from ongoing hardship they are facing for the last few months.
