The last hearing in seniority Court case for JTO to SDE Telecom Promotions under SCF Quota at CAT Chandigarh was scheduled on 28/01/2025, but hearing could not take place due to time constraints. The next date of hearing is 04/03/2025.
SNEA has taken up matter with BSNL Management for special efforts for clearing this case and at the same time we are pursuing with applicants for clearing litigations by special dialogue with Management for resolution of the grievances in response to appeal by CMD BSNL. Let us hope for the best.
