This is special initiatives by BSNL management headed by Shri. A Robert J Ravi, CMD BSNL for recognising the contribution by Women Executives and Non-Executives in the interest of BSNL.
Accordingly, Women Employees will be awarded at Circle level by awarding Rs 1000 as Honorarium and certificate for initiatives taken for customer service, retention or growth, by out of box initiatives by Women executives and initiatives taken with ownership and dedication by Non Executive Women Employee and these awards are to be presented on Monday 10/03/2025.
SNEA appreciate these initiatives by BSNL management by introduction of Circle level Best Women Employee of Year 2025 and we are hopeful that in similar manner, the initiatives are taken by BSNL for respectful working atmosphere of Women Executives in BSNL offices, facilities thereof and redressal of the grievances if any with priority.
