SNEA delegation consisting Shri. M. S. Adasul, GS, Shri. Rajedeep, AGS, Shri. M Satya Sashidhar, AGS, Shri Ram Jee, OS SNEA CNTxN and Shri Prashant Jadhav, EM SNEA BSNL CO felicitated and congratulated Shri. P. Dayal, CGM BW BSNL CO for exceeding the given target in LM & Rental revenue for FY2024-25 well in advance and taking BSNL towards reaching the ultimate gaol of profit making BSNL by 2026.
In reciprocation CGM BW informed that this is result of team work under guidance of Higher officers and conveyed thanks to all his team members in Civil wing all over India who contributed to this great task.
During discussions with CGM BW, the team SNEA CHQ reiterated the need of strengthening the vertical further and speeding up the upcoming promotions mainly immediate action on over delayed JTO to SDE Promotions, considering OTP requests of SDEs/EEs transferred on long stay basis and stopping of unwarranted long stay outside circles, Resolution of Educational Qualification issue for EE and above promotions, review of the Man power requirement at SDE, EE and SE level by review Restructuring norms as per practical requirement etc. CGM BW BSNL CO responded positively to our request and assured to take care of all these issues during HR Month.
