DGM Pers BSNL CO issued extension of timeline for submission of self-appraisal up to 05/08/2025, reporting period and reviewing period up to 08/08/2025 and 11/08/2025 in Processing of e-APARs of FY 2024-25 through ESS-Portal. Copy<<<>>
The last time date of extended for reporting and review but was not extended for submission of self-appraisal. It is reported that till bout 150 executives have not initiated APAR of Year 2024-25 and though some have initiated it, the same is not submitted to controlling officer.
By receiving all such requests, SNEA CHQ has requested PGM Pers for extending this date and this may last extension of APAR of 2024-25 and Chances of further extension of date for initiation of APAR are less rather it is Nil.
As such, all the executives who have not yet initiated or submitted APAR of 2024-25, are appealed to spare some time and initiate and submit it within this extended date i.e. 05/08/2025.
Also the activity of Reporting and Reviewing APARs received by the controlling officers is to be completed respectively by 08/08/2025 and 11/08/2025 by keeping in mind that dates will not be further extended.
