This shifting of training at the last moment from RTTC Jaipur to Jabalpur is an effect of premature action by CGM ALTTC to declare functioning of RTTC Jaipur before the minimum required officers for giving training are posted.
But here before issuing posting order of Officers selected for the RTTC Jaipur, CGM ALTTC declared that RTTC Jaipur is fully functional and in one more step ahead of time, he has announced staring of some training courses by calling nominations for these course at RTTC Jaipur through CMTS Portal. .
But even after two months of declaration of Functioning of RTTC Jaipur by CGM ALTTC, the Pers section BSNL CO has not issued posting orders and no question of joining of officers for giving training.
To cover up issues created due to these before time actions, CGM ALTTC has transferred executives from ALTTC Ghaziabad to Jaipur and except few nobody has joined till date as they have raised their grievances on such transfers and same are duly recommended and forwarded by CGM ALTTC to PGM Pers BSNL. But PGM Pers has neither taken any action on posting of all selected Executives for RTTC Jaipur nor given consideration to requests by affected executives from ALTTC and hence these declared courses.
The main reason given behind shifting Trainings from ALTTC Ghaziabad to Jaipur was non-availability of Hostel accommodation, but Hostel facility is not available at Jaipur also. In ALTTC Ghaziabad at least Executives were available, but at RTTC Jaipur, neither Executives to impart trainings are available nor the hostel facility is available and hence the trainings should have been continued at ALTTC Ghaziabad, but the same were shifted to RTTC Ghaziabad raising question on real intention of such non-fruitful activities and trouble to all executives for last few months.
Earlier all these Training courses were conducted from ALTTC, then shifted to RTTC Jaipur and now finally shifted to BRBRAITT Jabalpur.
This in an intelligent idea by CGM ALTTC for shifting office of CGM ALTTC unofficially from ALTTC Ghaziabad to BRBRAITT Jabalpur and till now he has been successful but for this the executives from ALTTC Ghaziabad and also the executives who are supposed to undergo these trainings earlier at ALTTC Ghaziabad and then at RTTC Jaipur are suffers, but it is unfortunate that neither CGM ALTTC is worried about it nor PGM Pers under Director HR has a reason to worry for the same and are giving free hand to CGM ALTTC to shift HQ from Ghaziabad to Jabalpur without any official order for the same.
Hope time will set everything and everyone right and the suffering of these executives will be stopped.
