This Equal Opportunity Policy by BSNL is framed as per directions of CCPD is committed to provide equal opportunities in employment to executives/employees recruited under PwBD category and creating an inclusive work place and work culture in which all employees are treated equally with respect and dignity.
This issue was pursued by GS SNEA and GS DEWAB for last two years with detailed feedback and finally this issue has decided finally in favour of Executives/Employees.
