AGM Pers BSNL CO writes to all Circle Heads for updating HR data of Executives viz. Stay particulars, Entry of services at Hard/Semi and Soft Tenure stations, Career History, Seniority, Cadre with a period of one week and compliance thereof. Copy<<<>>   

It has been observed that in many cases executives were wrongly transferred by  Corporate office due to wrong data and it took months together for updating the data and getting orders modified and in some cases orders were modified but executives have to wait for months together without salary and in some cases the data was not updated even after transfers and they have to join at transferred place by accepting transfers issued with wrong data in ESS/ERP.

This is a good opportunity for all to clear discrepancies in HR data in ERP as these guidelines allow Circles/BAs to update the data of executives  HR data of Executives viz. Stay particulars, Entry of services at Hard/Semi and Soft Tenure stations, Career History, Seniority, Cadre and the required TR Codes are also shared for updating the HR data.

It has been always the responsibilities of BAs/Circle to update ERP HR data without any discrepancies, but in many cases the same is missed and sufferers are the concerned executives and hence one has to be more sensitive and alert on keeping correct and updated HR data in the ESS/ERP system.

All Executives are requested to check their HR data and correction required if any may be brought to the notice of the concerned ERP/HR unit of BA/Circle and get it corrected within the period of week.

All CS/DS SNEA are also requested to monitor the activity closely and see that HR data of all executives in general and Stay particulars with entry of tenure completion are updated so as to avoid any wrong transfers.
