This is routine yearly exercise and this data is required for update records and mainly deciding the JTO strength in Circles for considering Rule 8 transfers by declaring Circles as Circle having Excess, Just sufficient or shortage of JTOs. It is also used for conducting JTO LICE for Circes to fill up vacant posts in Circles.
This data is to be given by excluding Rule 9 Temporary Transfer of JTOs from transferred Circle and strength of all such JTOs is to be counted in Home Circle.
