AGM Pers BSNL CO issued the formal order for direct ERP relieving of Executives under Transfer as per various pending Inter Circle Transfers but were not relieved by the respective Controlling Officers/BAs/Circles in stipulated time given time to time. Copy<<<>>
All these executives are already relieved from ERP by Pers Section BSNL CO on 07 & 08/09/2026 and this is formal covering order which is issued on 17/09/2026.
This order includes many executives who have applied OTP Request at own cost, after completion of all India Hard /Soft Tenure, but were not relieved by controlling officers for want of substitute and now all are force relived so that they can join at transferred Circle without waiting for formal relieving by the controlling officers.
They have to just relinquish the existing charge and send the copy of relinquished charge report by email to all concerned and join the transferred Circle.
Though executives with OTP request have got relief, the executives under inter Circle Transfers on administrative grounds and waiting for consideration of their genuine requests from Pers section BSNL CO are in trouble as their request is genuine and under consideration, but many of them are now force relieved stopping their salary.
SNEA has already taken up matter with CMD BSNL for kind intervention and consideration of genuine requests.
Accordingly, SNEA CHQ has submitted requests received from concerned Circle Secretaries and are pursuing for restoration of their ERP relieving and consideration of their requests.
We have submitted list of such requests on different grounds and we are quiet hopeful that majority of these genuine requests will be given consideration if the said executives has not yet joined at transferred place.
