AGM Pers BSNL CO issued modifications in the Transfer orders by giving consideration to the request by individuals on different genuine grounds wherein long stay transfers of Executives recruited in PwBD category, who are Care Giver, OTP withdrawn, issued due to wrong calculation of stay etc. are cancelled, given consideration to only few OTP transfers on self PwBD, All India Hard/Soft Tenure completion, Medical and care giver etc. and one request transfer on SDEE promotion is cancelled. This is a relief to some of the executives waiting for consideration of their genuine requests submitted in the Month of May 2026 and they have got justice at the end of August 2026.
Apart from this, the request on grounds of Immunity as Office Bearers of SNEA is under consideration and the same also will be decided this week.
It is seen that BSNL Management is cheating itself that they are following the decision of Annual Transfer Order and falsely projecting that all Transfer related issues in BSNL are handled by issuing a single and Annual Transfer order.
Till there are some requests on the similar grounds as given consideration and SNEA has received complaints that even though they have same or similar grounds their requests are not given consideration.
There is no doubt that this consideration is on a pick and choose basis and some requests on similar grounds of which representations given by individuals, submitted by SNEA are not given consideration. It may have been missed in final selection by the authority that decided these modifications.
This is mainly due to fact that their representations are not received by the Pers section through Proper Channel and if received, these representations do not have the supporting documents or their names missed in consolidation of such representations by the Pers section.
SNEA will continue to pursue all such genuine requests and affected individuals are requested to share the fresh representations quoting this Modification order and quoting the other request given consideration on the same ground. Only Required is to send it proper channel along with all relevant and required documents and its copy along with all supporting documents may be shared with CS concerned.
