Though OTP requests of the Executives in Telecom Circles were given consideration, the OTP Requests of executives were not given consideration, even though proposals were sent by these Circles to BSNL CO for approval.
Earlier, all such requests were given consideration by CGMs of these Circles and on compliant of misuse by some executives, the same has been centralised with BSNL CO, but the same was not given consideration.
SNEA has taken up this issue and now these Requests from Non-Recruiting Circles will also be given consideration and AGM Pers has called information required for consideration of all such pending requests from concerned Circles. Copy<<>>
CS SNEA concerned are requested to look into it and ensure that the required information is sent from all Non Recruiting Circles at the earliest.
Hopefully all these requests will be given consideration in the second phase of modification orders which are expected shortly and hence early action on part of these Circles will be highly appreciable.
